This is a mystery about the town of Soundview. Soundview is a very small town full of rich high school kids and their families. At Soundview high the "popular" kids are not nice and make people feel belittled. An anonymous blogger post a post wishing certain people were dead, the first target was Lucy. The week after the post was posted Lucy disappeared. Throughout the book Madison and her friends try to figure out what is going on. However this causes them to put their lives in danger...
I found this to be a great book. It kept my interest the whole time! I recommend this if you are looking for a fast pace read. The main lesson learned from reading this was to stay true to your friends and always have their back. Also be kind to everyone around you! Over all this book was awesome!
Thank you for sharing this Kendria! I need to read this book, I am into story lines that include mystery. Mystery books sometimes reminds me of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and CSI. I would recommend you reading Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. Though I did not finish the book I think you would love it. It has the same features as Wish You Were Dead. ReplyDeleteThis seems like a very good book to read. I am not to into mystery books but this one drew my attention. I heard of it before but i wasn't sure if i should of read it or not, i now think im gonna read it! Nice post Kenny!

ReplyDeleteKen this seems really interesting! I just might have to read it this summer. Does it ever tell you why Lucy was at the top of the list for people "wished" to be dead?
